Data Deletion Instructions

NERVE respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from the NERVE platform, what gets deleted, and what we may be required to retain. These instructions apply to all users, including those who connected their Facebook account to NERVE.

1.

Delete Your Data In-App

The fastest way to delete your data is directly within the NERVE platform:

  1. Sign in to your account at nervecorehq.com.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Account.
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click “Delete Account” and confirm when prompted.

Account deletion is permanent and immediate. All data listed in Section 3 below will be removed from our active systems within 30 days.

Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access your account, or if you connected your Facebook account to NERVE and wish to request deletion of data collected through that connection, email us at:

Please include the following in your email:

  • Subject line: Data Deletion Request
  • The email address associated with your NERVE account (or Facebook account used to connect).
  • Your full name.
  • A brief description of what you would like deleted (e.g. full account, Facebook integration data only).

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving sufficient information to process it.

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, NERVE will permanently delete the following data associated with your account:

Account & profile

Your name, email address, and account credentials.

Workspace data

All workspace settings, business descriptions, goals, and configuration.

Agents

All deployed specialist agents, their system prompts, configurations, and tool assignments.

Task history

All task records, agent inputs, agent outputs, and task logs.

Shared memory

All short-term, mid-term, and long-term memory entries stored in your workspace.

Leads / CRM data

All lead records including names, emails, phone numbers, and engagement notes.

Conversations

All chat history between you and your Master Agent.

Integration credentials

All stored OAuth tokens and access credentials for connected services (Facebook, Gmail, etc.).

Social reply history

All Facebook and Instagram comment replies drafted or posted through NERVE.

Uploaded files & images

All files and AI-generated images stored in your workspace.

Notifications

All notification records associated with your account.

4.

What May Be Retained

In limited circumstances, we may be required to retain certain data after account deletion:

  • Billing records. Transaction history, invoices, and payment records are retained for up to 7 years to comply with financial reporting and tax obligations under South African law. This data is not used for any other purpose.
  • Legal holds. If your account is subject to an active legal dispute, regulatory investigation, or court order, we may be required to preserve relevant data until the matter is resolved.
  • Anonymised aggregates. Statistical and anonymised usage data that cannot be linked back to you (e.g. aggregate feature usage counts) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
  • Backup snapshots. Encrypted database backups may contain your data for a further period not exceeding 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently overwritten.

Confirmation

Once your data has been deleted we will send a confirmation email to the address associated with your account (or the address you provided in your deletion request). This email will confirm the date of deletion and summarise what was removed.

Facebook / Meta Users

Note for Facebook users

If you connected your Facebook account or Facebook Page to NERVE, the following Facebook-derived data is stored in your NERVE workspace:

  • Your Facebook Page name and Page ID.
  • An encrypted Page access token used to publish posts and read comments on your behalf.
  • Post and comment content fetched for the purposes of generating replies.

All of the above is fully deleted when you disconnect Facebook from NERVE (Settings → Integrations → Facebook → Disconnect) or when you delete your NERVE account.

To request deletion of only your Facebook-related data without closing your NERVE account, email legal@nervecorehq.com with the subject line “Facebook Data Deletion Request”.
